My name is David Pazdernik, and I’ve been a real estate agent for the last 17 years. I created this site because my heart goes out to anyone needing to sell a home today. The economic problems we have today are not your fault.

You were probably brought up the same way I was…to follow the Golden Rule and give an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay. You paid your bills and saved your money to buy a home,
send your kids to school and have some left over to enjoy your retirement.

In putting together these selling strategies, it was my sincere desire to provide you with all the creative selling ideas I could come up with to enable you to get your home sold fast in today’s tough market, without a lot of fear and hassle and without having to spend a lot of money.

They are common sense ideas that won’t cost you an arm and a leg and are easy to put into action. And they work because every one of them has been used by someone to get their home sold.

And we don’t stop there. A great many on-line marketers will sell you something and never be heard from again. God forbid you should have a problem and need to talk to someone.
